99% of our team recognize Moove It as a great place to work

We’re very proud to announce that Moove It has again been recognized as one of the best places to work, by the organization Great Place to Work (GPTW). In Uruguay, an incredible  99% of our people said we’re a great place to work, compared to an industry average of 63%. Meanwhile, in Colombia, it was 100%. Particularly given the upheaval that much of the world has gone through over the past couple of years, we’re very happy to have achieved this result.

The external evaluation of our work culture and processes by GPTW is crucial to help us continually improve. But the key question is perhaps, how do we do it? Why do our people enjoy working here, and why do we have one of the lowest attrition rates in one of the most competitive industries for talent?

The importance of culture, but also of adapting to changing circumstances

I believe firstly, it’s culture. I, alongside my co-founder Martín, have stressed the importance of building a healthy, enjoyable, high-performing culture from the very beginning. One of the advantages of taking part in the GPTW survey is that it’s possible to see comments and feedback made by individuals – all anonymously of course. Reading through these, it’s worth highlighting a selection because they get to the heart of what makes us proud to work at Moove It.

Highlighting some of our results

It’s worth highlighting some of the more detailed results of the Great Place to Work survey, as they give more color to what it’s like to work here.

In Colombia, 100% of our people said they felt proud to work here. The same percentage said they felt they would be treated equally regardless of their age, and that they would recommend Moove It as a great place to work to family and friends.

99% of our people in Uruguay stated that they “felt welcome when they entered the company”. 100% believe managers are conducting business competently. 99% stated they are treated well, regardless of their position at Moove It. 98% would strongly recommend Moove It as a great place to work to family and friends. 97% state the company is a psychologically and emotionally safe place to work.
